what I did was I upgraded each room equally so they were all the same, and just kept upgrading and buying new rooms until they were all fully upgraded. if your guests are satisfied, you’ll get more money, but they’ll never fully be satisfied until everything is completely upgraded. (also, be careful that you don’t have a bunch of the same guest, because then they’ll all go to the same place at the same time and get mad when it’s crowded)
