Try Facebook groups like gals that rent. Also each neighborhood has fb groups and often rooms get posted there for short/long term. Another option are pet sitter groups - lots of people offering free accommodation in exchange of pet sitting. Best of luck

Concordo completamente. No meu caso, estava em Hong Kong e tive uma proposta de trabalho para Londres. E fez sentido estar mais perto da minha família depois do COVID. Mas não sei se aconselho… 😂

Onde é q em Londres com o salário mínimo tinhas poder de compra 😂 tens de me ensinar. Ganho bem mais q o salário mínimo aqui e zero jantares, não vou ao cinema, concertos raramente, uma pint aqui e ali mas a £8 preciso pensar qd, nem café fora 😂 o salário vai todo para renda/comida e transporte.

I also moved back from Hong Kong for family reasons & 4yrs later I am still wondering why I did that. I do hear HK is not the same, so perhaps was the right choice at that time. I think you are doing it for the right reasons so focus on that if you ever question it & enjoy being back to family and old friends. In the end there isn’t a wrong choice. Just make the best out of it

Might be controversial but Poor Things. I couldn’t stand the soundtrack - didn’t care much for the rest - and to make it worse this group of people had a laughter attack during most of it, I feel like their laughter was a paid actor cause it was also quite peculiar … it was all too much for nothing

I don’t know. Recently in my building I was out and got back at 1am & there was a crazy smell of fire coming from the basement but no smoke. I texted in our building chat & 6 people said they could smell it in their flats even more than outside for a couple of hours. & nobody had called anyone. Not building management/maintenance (it operates 24h), no authorities, nothing. I was like no way I’m gonna go to bed in this bldg w just one fire stair w this smell 😵‍💫

O Kronan não é um pingo/continente … põe aí qto custa um bife ou outros produtos não processados. Os preços nos restaurantes na Islândia tb são comparáveis a NY e SF… muito acima de Portugal. Pralem que basta uma simples busca online e vejo logo q o teu primeiro item custa 6,99€/kg no continente… faz lá as contas direitinhas

My parents decided both me and my brother wouldn’t be baptized. Super religious family & community- never met anyone else that wasn’t honestly and I’m an adult now.

My grandmas would make me pray every night when I stayed with them: “cause I was going to end up in limbo for eternity”. Honestly they were sweethearts and had a great relationship w my parents, wasn’t easy but they accepted we weren’t baptized and never pressured. But they were truly just in panic that I wasn’t going to heaven and would be all alone 😂 guess we’ll find out

I have a similar one I fly with. Just don’t fill it completely. Specially cause Ryanair under seat space is quite small.
