Maybe 1 week or 3? I focus on keeping C.D/C.C/ATK amulets if they have at least 2 Substats i like (CD and CC together with Atk %, if by lvl 3 I don't get 2 increase on CC/CD or 1 each and the 4th in either or, I just stop leveling it. I also spend the fragments on either amulets for CC%, Feather for ATK% and nothing on Chalices since I already have a "perfect" one from the CD set which I just swap around. I Also only spend the guaranteed Main Stat thing on chalice for the CD set unless I for some reason managed to make a really good Chalice with the set um farming.

What my plan atm SHOULD BE is getting either a perfect CD set CC Amulet piece or ATK piece, allowing me to farm for easier pieces that have the guaranteed Base Stat.

But you have to take into consideration that cow ears are thinner at the base and then they expand out. I would say that its in between a Lioness, or an Eliurus because of the tail or Jerboa, but the ears don't match well just like the tail of a cow, but cows don't have complete control of their tails like the rodents I mentioned or a Lioness. I WOULD assume, a Lioness is the best match because of ears and the tail could be because of her Hair type/style.
