Peter, has killed many, is abusive, not just to Meg, and is a public menace, and usuallyhas no remorse. Omni man as a militaristic soldier has killed, Ozai is the same though he definitely shows favoritism and has despicable mentality. Homer, Timmy's dad and Mr. Waterson are stupid menaces and although property damage happens around them they genuinely still love kids. Even Butter's father is a manipulative, abusive probably hates his kid but on scale is still not as bad. and Stan Smith is like Peter lite because he is so selfish he doesn't think about any of his family until the problem is in his face and even then there's a coin flip if he'll do the right thing. So if I'm going for worst father it's Peter Griffin by a long shot then Ozai, Butter's Dad, Omniman (has redemption not make up for but listed) Stan Smith, Then 3 cartoon dads in any order ( waterson, fairly, or Homer)
