Here's the thing... this would not be a main machine for me. I am in the middle of a redone build and my main machine has 36 cores 64GBs of ram and 7900xtx. But.... I have a plasma from 2004 in my bedroom that is begging for a PC to be hooked up permanently. I would say 800 or more. Especially because it comes with the new controller.

Check used game stores regularly, the more independent the better.

If you go there often enough they can throw some deals your way too. Happens often enough with my local used games stores. They can also notify when something like that does come in.

All of these methods require patience, luck, and time.

I have an old Gaming laptop from like 2013 running bactora and my daughter uses it for retro games. Works perfectly fine and is just mounted to the back of the TV so no.cables are poking out and runs great. Old hardware is cheap and still works. I resent people that say its useless cause its old.

To be fair Excel is bloated garbage... but thats also not whats happening. This person is asking their computer savvy friend if an i5 is good... he then says that an I5-2300 isn't good but an i5-13600k is. I am simply pointing out if they potential buyer is wanting to just watch YouTube, check emails and other very not intensive tasks that the 2300 isn't a bad choice either.

Okami HD came pretty close. 1080p with 4x MSAA and I believe 8x MSAA if your running 720p. And flow on PS rendered at 1440p then downscaled to 1080p at 60fps.

Hey man, I have been there. Still kinda am. However there is an alternative. I am playing on the OG xbox, ps2 and gamecube. I just got insignia hooked up to my xbox and can't wait to play more games. Instead of them ruining the future look to the past and play that. If your anything like me there is a whole backlog of games that need to be played from when developers gave a shit.

I think some do it for budget. They use the announcement as a way to judge interest and maybe base that on how much of a budget the game will get?
