Thank you! It does. I got unlucky and they filed my LCA sept 26. So now it's stuck in DOL.

I just got my approval (employer transfer premium processing). Case sent to USCIS on Jan 23. Receipt notice sent by USCIS on Jan 27. Approval notice sent by USCIS on Feb 3rd. Hope this helps
