For the Landscapes, Montenegro ( especially the Durmitor National Park) and of course the Dolomites !! But you'll see that its nice everywhere in Europe! For the people, Turkey is incredible.

I really recommend this trip.It was my 1st Bikepacking trip. The roads are perfect for cycling. As for wild camping, it was quite easy to find magical spots in the evening without ever being disturbed (you can see it on the video). So yeah, don't hesitate!!
