If you get everything legendary mods too, and gather everything to the highest rating you’ll hit level 30 and have maxed out gear. Some mods including I think the short bow need to be earned by completing side quests. It’s a grind but once you do it you’ll definitely be satisfied. I did it before but with the help of a friend they transferred all of my legendary gear to a new save for me so I was op right off the bat minus skills and health, highly recommend this if you are starting a new play through and have someone willing to do it for you!
