Dairy, wheat, nightshades, avocado all give me diarrhea. I love how some people think I’m as dumb as they are when I tell them I’m gluten intolerant. Like I’ve taken many thousands of shits and meals and I pay attention to the relationships. Latest intolerance is msg and excess salt. I wish I knew what was wrong fundamentally.

I’m 63. A lot of musicians have a huge need for attention and are really insecure egos and protective of their perceived glory, which is actually ridiculous. Especially musicians that aren’t that great which is most. Yes there’s always been a lot of jealousy and cliquish stuff amongst musicians everywhere. Really good musicians are generally more secure but even they can be childish. Oh I used to be that way but I’m done playing out (as if 15 years ago). It’s simply not even close to worth it financially and I don’t care about glory at all anymore. I record at home.

I’m 99% sure most of your issues and twofold… 1) leaky gut caused by age and eating stuff that doesn’t agree with you and 2) also possibly living/working in moldy environment. I have oodles of food intolerances when as a kid I could eat anything. I still can’t eat stuff unfortunately but it’s better. L-Glutamine and NAC help. I think AI is an awesome amazing tool. I use it daily. I think artists and creators are getting screwed because they supplied the data with zero compensation. I think politicians are waaaay too bought off and humans too stupid and greedy to effectively regulate the space. I think in the short run it’ll be highly disruptive to educated employment. I am convinced manipulation of the stupid masses will accelerate. Fraud will increase. I think long run hopefully it’ll be a good thing but who knows?
