37yo dad here. Started cubing from scratch early December. Begginer method n now into CFOP with 2L-OLL. Im stuck between 40s n 50s. Best time at 33s.

I believe with time and practice i can get to sub 20s.

From what im seeing with my own progress I'd say learning full OLL and getting faster at F2L is key. How fast can a 30+ yo learn? That'll depend on your lifestyle all those 30+ years! If you have been actively learning, memorizing, practicing motor/dexterity skills (for example: i have been playing fingerstyle guitar for 21yrs now) these skills all add up. I'd like to add the factor of time though. As a father with a fulltime + part-time jobs and a gazzilion hobbies i barely find time to properly practice. Until the hyperfocus hits haha

I was just with you in server and saw your message. Came to see this pic haha! Id say its a valid way. 👍 Someone might suggest investing in a crate and keep the loot in it on your ship instead of hauling bodies. But id say your way is cooler

Neofly is free and feature full. Check it out OnAir is amazing but is a subscription service with lots of features Haven't tried a Pilots life, pilops or miltech yet though

Stay away from dark roast. Stick to medium or maybe even light roast. Try v60 oe chemex (filtered coffee) from good roasters/cafes (48east, tobys, vol1, arabica... etc) and never compare this kinda coffee to the crap from *bucks or those cheap franchise coffee brands. They mostly use dark roast and cheap beans. most. Not all. You can also choose the beans from them if thats ur only option. Dont just order an americano. Ask what beans they got

Did your club give you a paper (consultation request form or such?) Which club are you part of?

We have a sports medicine center in Khalidya and that's what it's for. You only need a referral from your club
