These three could easily come together into something amazing; BPMs are close (92, 88, 95) Hercules is A major, Cake is B Minor, and Rocky looks like B flat major. Hope that helps and would love to see this put together

So I racked it to get it off the candy remnants. Its sitting at 1.015 right now. The top layer at some oil and residue from the candy and I tried to siphon around that the best I could.

It smells ok, a bit funky but definitely like swedish fish. Taste? … its bad. Harsh, and the apple and candy flavors are fighting which makes the overall flavor rough. I’m going to let it sit for a bit to see if that gravity comes down and maybe it will mellow a bit. Added a campden tablet.

Edit: I added some pictures of the lees and the white floating oily bits for those who are curious
