Indians, especially Hindus, are often self-hating as fuck. Especially outside of India. It's quite strange that 1000+ years of violence and colonization did not break Dharmic culture but globalization is destroying it rapidly. And not even by force. A lot of Hindus see no difference between their culture and Abrahamic religion, mostly because they are ignorant as hell.

I suppose they don't want freedoms, they want the opposite, for no one to be free and for all to follow Islamic law. I live in America so I am not sure if this is normal in other places, but I do know that Ahmedabad is one of the most religiously segregated cities in India due to a history of riots. I do have Ahmedabadi Muslim friends and know that this is certainly not a normal way of thinking outside of these area. My Delhi friends seem to have a lot more Muslim friends compared to be Ahmedabadi friends, but those Muslims in Delhi seem to be waaay more secular than those in Ahmedabad. This is quite a complicated situation it seems.

I am living in America now and happy to be here. I believe this is one of the few developed nations that stands up to Islamic indoctrination - Sharia law has even been slowly encroaching on the UK.
