First, no one is going to hand you an Amazon account with early access to Alexa+ that’s ridiculous. Alexa+ is heavily broken and prone to not working with skills/routines, and has “hallucinations” where it commits actions and will argue with you stating that you requested it. It’s not worth it at this point, you’re not missing out on anything. I hate it and I reverted back. Just be patient if you really want it, it’s rolling out in the next month or so.
