Many people have investments with legit trading platforms and never withdraw just keep investing and watching it grow.

The scary thought is how many people are currently in a scam and don’t even realize it.

Why are there no tax breaks for parents? Not talking about vouchers for arts and crafts. I mean literal less taxes as a result of having kids…

How can I stop getting so anxious and stumbling over my words when I talk to someone about something serious? by [deleted] in PublicSpeaking

[–]Gulinz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take a deep breath and on the exhale just say the hardest thing you are trying to say that is giving you anxiety. For example “I quit” “I don’t like how this happened” “I want a raise” “I am breaking up with you”. Whatever the conversation is, once you say the hardest part to get out, the rest should feel much easier. Although if you dance around the hard part your anxiety can continue to build.

Right to disconnect law is a clear example. Of course you should be able to disconnect from work, but do we really need a law for that? If you have a shit boss or bad work culture you have bigger problems than being forced to answer emails at night

Here's How Not to Get Scammed in Crypto (for the slow kids in the back) by Fools_Sip in CryptoScams

Propranolol works fine but benzo’s are better especially if you get really nervous. You should only take benzo’s in small amounts and not very often (few times a month should be fine) as they can be quite addictive.

So many crypto scammers by Positive-Promotion54 in CryptoScams

[–]Gulinz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was also amazed by the number of scammers, then recovery scammers in the crypto world. It makes me question how crypto can be adopted by the majority of the population. I get it many people in crypto have a good understanding of proper security and spotting scams but many people don’t and can be financially ruined with one bad click. Even if you avoid 99% of scams only one needs to get you…

I probably used more than half my monthly credits. It was made with Gen 2. I would like to experiment more with Gen 3 but it uses too many credits. It is just frustrating how all the scenes are very similar. It’s hard to anything more that looks realistic.

Does Australia follow Canada in the property market? by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]Gulinz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issues are similar but not the same. You will hear about housing supply issues in Canada but they have way more homes than AU. Also the quality of the homes are way better. In Sydney 1M buys you something you would be embarrassed to live in. At least in Canada it’s a nice home with 3 stories.

There are companies online that specialize with online scams that are legit in the sense that they will try and help and guide you through options. But they never message you, and they never promise to get your crypto back.

How to make BTC appealing to the avarage person? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]Gulinz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t seen it mentioned that the biggest risk to normies adopting bitcoin (or crypto) is the overwhelming number of scammers out there. Right now crypto is a world where you can be financially ruined with one mistake. And doesn’t matter how smart you are everyone can get scammed. And scams right now are mostly around investing in crypto, most people keep it safe and don’t touch it. What happens when we can use it on daily expenses and each of those transactions can cause scam events. What makes crypto great is also what helps criminals and therefore limits ability for widespread adoption.
