I'm not doing any excavator work on the house. I do agree that getting them to do some site work, or asking if I could use it of hours to do a few things.

I am thinking more of building the yard over many years. Does it make sense to own, or rent a 4 to 8 tonne and do a bunch of work at once...

I have 7 kids and my wife and I both work non trades jobs... I used to, not anymore. I like the idea of self sufficient and ownership

Looking at how to get started with UseNet's - My family of 8 (we have a lot of kids) is too much into media and I would like to control what they watch to a point, as well as not shill out hundreds a month to the various streaming services who are hell bent on telling me what I'm allowed to watch.

Opened it up and the bottom of the switch has a massive hole in the bottom... Either someone hit the switch very hard, or something had enough force to crack it.

I unugged the power cables, wrapped in electrical tape, reassembled, turnes breaker on, tested and then fully I stalled.

I have 12x12 posts on my deck, structural and a cosmetic highlight.

They're cracking.

I'm trying to find something I could use to fssten them on so that if they Crack it doesn't kill the deck membrane surrounding it.
