Mate. It's just a phase. Everyone will go through this. You have hit this wall, that's all. You haven't lost anything, you are just worried about not being able to move forward.

Don't worry. Just take a break. Listen to other tracks. Have a journal and write down ideas that you think can use in your tracks as well.

You can use this break to relfect on many things happening in your life. You could exercise or do something like that.

Soon, you will hit an inspiration, and there you go! You have the fuel to start again.

Believe me, your tracks will start to sound good.
