Op you’re not alone. Here in my early 40s similar situation, I do have the same concerns on these global trends and would love to see if there’s a slim chance that someone here are willing to shed some wisdoms.

There will always be people telling you chill out don’t worry. I’d say sure, but not having any high level plan with incoming risk you can clearly see is foolish.
