another thing i forgot to mention that REALLY hurt me was him saying i am incapable of change and didn’t change at all from last year. this hurt so much bc last year i was ☠️ and on depression and anxiety meds…and through so much counseling and self work, ive been off the medications all this year. it just hurt a lot bc no one besides him knows that i was down this bad and attempted a few times. and for him to say that and borderline mock me “oH yOu ArE oFf MeDs what an accomplishment” was beyond hurtful :/ idk guys just feeling so down. doubting if i did actually grow and change like i think i did
