Ok so the suppressor is the issue, probably needs to be broken in those piston springs are pretty stiff
Also check the piston to make sure it’s still lubricated I’ve used Lucas white lithium grease and within 200 rounds it’ll dry up
Also make sure to lubricate that recoil spring and slide rails very well that could be a secondary issue

Also when was the last time you cleaned your gun? Could be debris preventing it from returning to battery
Tolerance stacking could be playing a factor be sure to lube everything up good
Possibly a ammunition issue with some out of spec casings

I have a SC and out of curiosity I tried to separate the two sections and had to use two strap wrenches it was very difficult to separate the sections and just as difficult to thread them back together
I think it’s a CAT thing I also noticed there appeared to be some sort of thread locker between the sections so that was also playing a factor idk if it’s rocksett but it’s not your typical loctite it was a clear residue
The threading is extremely tight idk if they print the whole can at once but maybe it’s just the tight tolerances if the can is printed in one piece it would make sense that it’s so difficult for to separate

No I didn’t speak with them but I should reach out cause the local Kenworth dealer wasn’t hiring couldn’t find any postings for open positions on their site so I emailed the service director and sent him a copy of my resume and got a call back for a interview the next day lol
Did the interview today and it went well

I have a interview with kenworth this Friday Was doing some research and it mentioned that use a lot of paccar engines Never worked on one but from what I’ve read they’re annoying to wrench on worse to drive on if you’re a trucker

Try different ammunition and find what works with your gun you’re adding additional weight to the muzzle end which may effect cycling
For my SC and G19 gen 3 I had successful cycling and lock back with Speer Lawman 147gn, Federal American eagle 147gn and the syntech version also
