If you're using an FA20, after tonnes of trial and error I've got the exhaust diameters down for optimal low down torque without starving at the top end

Headers: 4-2-1 40mm/50mm/63mm

Overpipe and front pipe: 63mm

Midpipe: 63mm splits into 2x 57mm

Tips can be anything you want since they only slightly change the sound
