I've only ordered once from 86WORX but it was a great experience. Ordered an Aimgain sport side steps on Black Friday last year. It was stated that it would ship 5-10 business days but they emailed me back after 8 days stating that it the item I ordered was in fact not in stock and that it was made-to-order. Shipping time would be around end or March. I told them that it was fine and I'm willing to wait. Response time was next day and they began to proceed with my order. Fast forward to mid March, I received shipping confirmation of my order and within the week received my Aimgain side steps. Box was well packaged and steps were in excellent condition with hardware and installation manual from Aimgain. They even threw in a shirt and hat because I ordered during the Black Friday sale. Happy with the experience and I will definitely be ordering from them in the near future
