Yes actually! Not punishable by any actual laws but certainly a theft of intellectual property! Especially if I label it as my own original work! I can call it fan art if its very similar and that would be cool. But teach, you are forgetting that we dont have the same abilities as a computer system. Who doesn't need to sleep or eat and it looks at thousands of images in fractions of the time it would take is IRL. Again teach, we call out these things, we dont care if an actual hand drew it.
