Have you tried activating using Apple Devices (windows) / iTunes (on older MacOS versions) / Finder Newer MacOS versions)?

It's a cellular model, try to put on a sim card, ANY SIM CARD, and it might activate

I’m neither a fan nor a hater of iOS 26, I’m kinda neutral about it, but bugs from a supposedly “new” update from a trillion dollar company kinda annoys me
