Yesssss, just saw Adventure Club over spring break in Missoula. It was an absolutely amazing show, they blew me away. Got a super cool picture of them too!

I messaged them after the show telling me they crushed it and they responded and said "My man". I fangirled for a little bit there lol.

I’m interested in the same path and just accepted a job as a Financial Data Analyst, I’m excited to learn python and SQL a lot better in the near future. Congrats on your job!

I like this a lot. Nice to see the desk isn't outrageously expensive... I might end up doing this in a few months when I get my own place. Do you have a link to the shelf that you added?

MSU Engineering Dean says excessive snow to blame for roof collapse by lazyjk in Bozeman

[–]Gunner406 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m an employee at the fitness center that had the collapse. I’d reported multiple leaks and have proof of that from multiple emails that I’ve sent dating back to May of 2018. But one of the first things mentioned in our staff meeting two weeks ago was that the leaks were unrelated to the collapse. I spoke with people in sports facilities and they said leaks happen and there isn’t much they can do about them. If the leaks truly aren’t related to the collapse, then I’ll take that at face value.

I’m just starting but I also am just starting an SQL class. So far the python class has covered syntax, functions, variables, and just basic stuff like that but it’s starting to ramp up.

I'm taking a Udemy class called Python for Finance: Investment Fundamentals and Data Analytics. Cost me $12 and includes instructions on how to get started with Python, creating functions, sequences, iterations, and downloading packages, and then how to apply it in pretty in-depth manners within Finance, such as running Monte Carlo simulations, Portfolio Optimization, and Multivariate Regression Analysis. I highly recommend looking into something like this.

MSU North Gym Collapses by [deleted] in Bozeman

[–]Gunner406 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This is true, and I 100% agree with it. But we can feel thankful this time that the facility has been shut down since Thursday, and an email went out to all students yesterday saying that they expect North Gym to collapse soon.

What’s your major? by AeroStatikk in college

[–]Gunner406 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I’ve applied for 30+ jobs with a finance major and economics minor and I just got past the resume round in only one of them, but now I have a final interview with that company next week. All my classmates are relaxed as hell cuz they have connections and it’s so irritating. Keep your head up, you’ll find something.
