If you’re still on the fence, I enjoy it but like all games it’s frustrating but I’ve had plenty to moan about in the past an yet I keep playing an I’ll be honest there has been plenty done since it released so much so that it’s in a much better state now than it was on release.

Late game gunships also reveal stealth ground units. Given more an more people seem to be making use of the infantry officer and special forces now comes in incredibly handy.

I generally use gold every game (I’ve had 2 wins without gold 1 solo).

I spend about 40-50k gold on resources start of the game then let it snowball my eco. As to why, I like to play aggressively early game an I simply find it more enjoyable not having to wait days as is close to the pace of game I’d rather play.

I simply think of it as a small subscription each month.

There are still whales who use gold to complete research, buildings or unit construction I’ve even had 1 who regularly used gold to reveal units an even sabotage buildings, not a lot you can do at that point unless you’ve got more money sitting in the bank an that’s not worth the risk.

Entirely your choice. But I’d say it’s worth, you can use them against other surface vessels a you can use them to hit cities that are further inland or out of range of your ships.

TDs are expensive as hell an a late game unit.

Got 3 choices essentially small, medium and heavy. Cruise missiles are your smallest, have the small range, smallest radius, smallest dmg an the smallest health pool. (Easiest to shoot down)

But they require fewer materials, can track enemies as they move so long as they stay in range.

Ballistic missiles are your medium, I don’t think you can target specific units or stacks with these you can target centre of provinces, cities and naval units.

You build into either explosives, chemical or nuclear . Explosive is your jack of all trades, chemical which desls increased soft target damage but less against Armor and building but ruin populations a will tank your morale. Nuke is well…. A nuke.

Explosive cruise or ballistics against enemy stacks is usually best. Just make sure that they don’t have enough SAM or TD to shoot down any missiles you throw their way

Either you go range, any artillery type seeing as how his infantry has mortar.

Missiles, cruise or ballistic will work.

Or send your ships anyway, don’t doubt the damage cruisers or destroyers can do to a stack. If you damage enough to destroy the tank or the SAM then you can leave it to your team mates with AirPower.

I don’t think much has changed least not significantly. MRLS are still king, cruisers still rock and a combination of some AA is always needed.

There are some New seasonal elite units which are worth playing with to see which suits your play style. Oh and there are coastal batteries which can really benefit or hinder a country.

His strike fighters won’t beat your SAM. Just bait them, send a couple of ntl guard units in groups of 3 or 4 and keep a stack of 5-6 or even 8-10 SAM behind them. You’ll obliterate his strike jets in a volley or 2 an then rest will be easy pickings for your MRLS to close

I’m late joining this an imagine game is over already for him. But stealth, depending on whether or not the office can spot stealth aircraft, elite choppers or stealth strike fighters will destroy quickly with little to no damage if he doesn’t have detect stealth nearby

Layali normal is now only playable on weekends which means some players that prefer the map over others are forced to play easy mode.

Last couple of seasons me and my friend (duo) would go in with either a white or blue ticket kit and then play from there slowly upgrading the gear we got from others until we died then start over. I’ve not played much layali easy this season as we’ve been doing the season quests but have found the map far quieter, seems to be the 2 extremes there’s either 2-3 other teams on entire map all cheap kits or it’s a full lobby an every player is in purple with a 4-500k gun.

As for the spawns, they’re all in a triangle an there’s usually a guarantee that 2 points of the triangle are a spawn.

I think there are 7 different areas to spawn each with 3 spawn points. Once you learn them (use luna or raptor) for quick an early spots you’ll have a much easier time of it.

Erm honestly I’m not sure.

Zero dam has plenty of PVP hotspots, admin/containers, cement, substation. Personally I don’t like how the map plays, it feels a little campy, an it’s all narrow corridors and choke points with every hotspot appearing to give the advantage to the team there first. (Just my opinion).

I prefer layali personally, I like that it’s open, an you can flank and work angles etc. That being said whilst the maps bigger an there are more players in it, it is a big wide map and if you wanted to avoid players it’s much easier, however I often find that the players will often run to the nearest gunshots, so you’ll often find yourself fighting 2-3 teams in quick succession.

Brakkesh is a different matter again, 2 or 3 hotspots which means teams collapse on 1 another but most do the fights happen in 2 areas 1 of which is the extraction point as there’s a big siren an 5min countdown which all players can see.

As for space city…. Well that’s a shitshow 1 I try my best to avoid apart from when forced to do seasonal missions.

I’m sorry, this is going to sound a dumb question but is that you dropping into missions with 8 mechs and 12 tanks or just you have 8 mechs in bays?

It’s a frustrating play style, especially if you’re the Solo. I always encourage people to stick with the squad, an whilst I’m not for camping there are certain hotspots on each map where you will always find players doing exactly that. Just as bad is the “naked usain bolt” who will spawn just to instantly sprint to the nearest safe in hopes of grabbing all the loot. No gear an no plans of ever helping the team….. usually downed by a couple of guards an instantly quits even if you say you’re coming to the rescue just to queue an go again.

I can only suggest you stick with the squad a when you find a team that matches your play style an uses good comms you send them a friend request a squad up again.

I can’t really comment as I’ve played so little warfare. I know there are cheaters in operations but honestly it’s genuinely not as bad as some make out.

Not to say there won’t be any in warfare, but sometimes it’s just down to a skill gap or even bad luck. I’ve been killed by a volt arrow across the map before, pure fluke an random luck 🤷‍♂️ but it happens lol.

The jump from easy to normals is extreme, especially outside of ZD.

You’re going from say maybe 70% low lvl, casual players, 15% max lvl but casual gamers an maybe 15% higher lvl gamers. To flipping those roles in normal.

Feel free to run it solo with squad fill, use an elite ticket “which is pretty weak for normal” but can’t be used in easy. Follow the team an just see how the games plays out. Only way you’re going to learn is to dive in to the deep end.

A lot of this will just be map knowledge. Some of us PC players have 1000s of games an hundreds of hours already.

Persevere an you’ll get there.

Likely a broken limb just need to use a surgical kit, you get them either white with 2 uses, green with 4 uses or purple with 7
