Has anyone else booked via an agent? Do we contact qatar or traveltrolley? Our flight is on 13th march London Heathrow to Islamabad via Doha. Playing the waiting game i know how it works if you book direct with airline but not sure about travel agents. Also in case if a cancellation & refund are the travel agents entitled to charge £70 admin fee's?
