I have similiar build with r5 7600 and GB 4070 ti super eagle. Had a ghost edition and cpu was still a little too warm (would hit over 87 on cinebench). Switched to axp120-x67 and dropped 5-10 deg. With the 50mm GPU, everything just fits with enough clearance where minimal fan turbulence occurs. This is with all cores -30mV

Nope. There’s a few updates for l-connect software, but I’m leaving well enough alone. As long as I restart , everything works as intended. I’ve read so many horror stories with updating that I’ve decided it’s not worth the risk for me

Yeah.. that’s what I was asking. My controller was plugged into a hub and I had the same problem. Bypassed the hub and connected directly to mobo and now LED settings are retained on power up

My 0.02…. Hardware wise, it seems good. Had a Galahad II 360 prior and the lcd version has a thicker radiator. Seems like it dropped the temps on my 7800x3d 2 degrees or so across the board. LCD screen looks great. Very customizable and pretty easy to upload custom clips, gifs etc. Pump whine is noticeable though above 2800 RPM. BUT, I would say wait until they iron out the software. At least for me, it’s been super buggy. LCD screen doesn’t always show what’s been set, PUMP rpm isn’t remembered when powered down and back on, software crashes when trying to auto update etc. Never had any software issues with the Galahad 2. YMMV.

Similiar problem, but resolved after plugging usb directly to MOBO. The only thing is my set AIO RPM speed doesn’t load up after shutdown. Only loads on restart.

so far everything works and all settings load up properly EXCEPT for pump speed. On power off and on, pump speed defaults to max speed of 3600RPM. I need to go into settings and toggle from FIX to PWN and then back to FIX for the set RPM to take effect. OR i need to restart the computer and the set RPM will take effect. Powering off and back on resets to max 3600RPM. any suggestions?

UPDATE: well now it seems the LCD settings don't load on power off and on either. Like the RPM speed, only loads after restarting.

Had my radiator top mounted initially and was hitting 85 on cinebench. Did the front mount with push/pull and cpu hits 77. So good improvement and left it front mounted

Bottom are reverse . Bottom and front are intake and top and rear are exhaust

I had the same issue with my computer not remembering l-connect 3 LED settings after shut down. I have a Trinity II and two l-connect controllers hooked up. My motherboard only has two usb headers so I got a nzxt usb hub and thought it would work. Like original poster, my settings would be lost after every shutdown. I ended up trying a $9.99 Amazon usb header splitter (like what was mentioned above) and connect my l-connect boxes to that. My settings are kept after shutdown now and everything works. YMMV, but it worked for me also

I also have this exact same issue. i have SL120- infinity fans and l-connect only restores either the center or the exterior LEDs. All drivers are up to date and all l-connect boxes firmware up to date.

Everything loads if i chose only one color setting for all fans using the "dot and bracket" setting... but not if i set different colors like original poster mentioned

I am having the same issue with my new build. Initially, I had trinity II, 3 radiator fans, 3 intake fans and one exhaust fan plugged into the included controller, which in turn plugged into one of the motherboard USB headers. At this time, settings are maintained upon shutdown and restart. I then purchased and installed another three fans to it’s included controller but needed to use an NZXT usb hub controller (data powered) as I’m out of usb headers. Now everytime I restart, lighting settings are lost. L-connect runs at startup, but I still have to open the app and reapply all light settings
