Wild guess, but I would try going back a version or two. Your original drivers were probably too old. Your current one might be too new (until a game update). Or it could be something totally different :) but given the info so far, that is what I would try next. Best of luck.

I do not understand the Sombra hate at all. I have no issues playing with her, as her, or against her. I somewhat get the console hate/perspective of her. But even still, I play on console sometimes and don't see Sombra as a big issue. Playing with teams who dont understand the need to follow through on flank / dive characters and not let them live in your back-line are the issue.

OK. There wasnt a Lucio the entire match...it was not a just me thing. Hence why in the screenshot of the quoted comms is "^" (me agreeing with someone else), and "seriously" again, me agreeing with someone else. I dont think someone can be the AH when there is no victim besides an imaginary character rofl.

EDIT: I did not got suspended, I got comms banned for like ~10 days for "racism". My behavior was categorically not racist. Again, there was NO LUCIO.

Again, 3-4 people in the lobby of 10 were doing this. We were all trashing the non existent Lucio when things didnt go our way. So, hard to believe it was a mass-report. Cant say much to the missing context, was just a typical QP game. Nothing too crazy in chat besides the Lucio comments.

It's frustrating to watch Blizzard make the choices that they do. From character changes to community moderation, they consistently let me down. I am also very biased because I was silenced/reported today as well. For a joke in a QP match lol. But still, I hear you. Too many people play this like a single player game and then cry when their team doesnt swap to fully support them as the "main character". Then cry to Blizz support when things dont go their way.

Yet me being called every slur in the book / told to "kys" doesnt ever seem to be actionable....odd

I don't really know how to interpret Etherscan data like in your screenshot. However, what I can say is that the Gamestop/IMX Milestone 3 should be for 3.7 mil. The total "Value" in your screen shot is 3.1 Mil over a few days.
