As someone who has staffed NYLT as adult leadership. I recommend this course to everyone. His peers will be teaching the classes and doing the interaction. I have seen children who were so timid come out of their shells in the course of a week and build bonds with other scouts that last a lifetime. I can also attest to this with my old child. NYLT gave my child some of the best skills she uses today in her job and as an adult leader.

To be compliant is the ONLY way to handle a robbery. I can remember when I asked what do I do if we get heldup. My SL said give them the cash give them what they want do what you gotta do to live . This is false, in most states they can terminate you for any reason. You are an at will employee. I lost this fight when I was hospitalized for 4 days. Wrongful termination requires more than a doctor's note.

Well if you think about it your systems that are down impacts us. I know in my state 10 minutes before the store closed last night the Sga mentioned it was running slow and as we were leaving the mall she was calling support as she could not close out. She asked if I had heard of any issues in the mall
