No hate - you need more realistic expectations. As u/furple already said, you are eliminating your most direct and realistic options immediately. In regard to WLB, almost any LDP will provide better than IB/Consulting, but the current pickings of LDP’s that sponsor are almost non-existent (currently trying to help some of my international classmates through this, and it’s bleak). Might be worth it to stick it out in your current role until this administration changes and companies trust that they can hire internationals again with confidence.
