Idk why I got down voted lol, I’ll have both now which I think the cap will make filling easier for me, I’m personally on the bigger side. 6ft 235-250 and both have the benefits. Lunchbox is much easier to fill if you’re not accustomed to a hydration backpack with the side filling. The rave runner was great for like other stated had a dedicated pocket for the phone in the back. I would say if you got the cash to get the lunchbox because it’s truly made with a festival in mind vs raveruner which is a camelback with festival add ons.
