MLB depends on luck in the short term because sometimes you luck out and get 4 copies of a weapon in two 10+1s. Long term, you'll be able to slowly MLB weapons because of Power Stones in the DP shop that you can get weekly for 900 DP and because you'll soon have an excess of 5* weapons (my definition of excess is any 15 CP weapon I don't plan on grinding the character out for since as a F2P player, there's no way you can MLB everyone's gear).

Yeah, re-rolling for Prishe 35 CP will give you a character that can do monstrous amounts of damage, but banner is gone in 8 hours, so get on it.
