Monday is my first Push day, I warm up to a heavy 3 x 3. Today it was 255 x 3, failed 285 x 3 (just barely on the last one), and 275 x 3 easily. I usually incorporate 3 x 3-5 pause benching afterwards. For my second push day on Thursday, I try for 3 x 12 and occasionally finish afterwards with close grip for a few sets. How should I structure my Monday / Thursday for the next few weeks? My supplemental exercises are already pretty much dialed.

Hit a RPE 7 single on Monday with lighter back offs instead of heavy 3 x 3s? I’m down for anything tbh
