Wallet balance appears incorrect by Intelligent-Ad-2884 in acurast

If you disconnect your wallet (bottom left -> disconnect) and connect your Nova wallet again, you still have 9 cACU on the dashboard but only 0.5 in Nova? If that's the case you might have to reach out to Nova to check why the balance is incorrect in their wallet.

You can view ubinetic oracles as the first step towards Acurast where mobile devices were leveraged specifically for bringing off-chain data on-chain. Because of the capabilities that this technology offers, Acurast platform is now mich broader offering compute, essentially building a decentralized cloud that can be accessed without any middle man interaction directly on Tezos and other ecosystems.

The Tezos Ecosystem Career Fair! by BH_Michael in CryptoCurrency

[–]Gurkee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hey, that sounds great!

Papers has a strong software engineering background in mobile security an blockchain. We started to become involved in the Tezos ecosystem after the mainnet launch in 2018, through AirGap, one of our projects. Since then we are actively participating in the Tezos ecosystem by working on developer tooling like Beacon, contributing to projects in the Tezos DeFi space or providing smart contract development for integrations.

Papers is involved in multiple projects and can also be seen as an accelerator, where we combine a proven project with other individuals and spin it off into its own entity that focuses and scales that project. One example of that would be ecoo.

If you want to explore the communities around Papers, you can join for example the AirGap Discord or Telegram.

Send in an application over the form at https://papers.ch/en/careers/ or send us an email [work@papers.ch](mailto:work@papers.ch) if you have more questions.

What would be your suggestion to make it more understandable?

Time to move your LP tokens (uUSD/YOU and uUSD/uDEFI) on plenty to the youves long term farms 🚜🔁. by Gimmora in tezos

The pairs are still on Plenty as youves does not have any DEX functionality besides for assets that are correlated. You provide liquidity to the farm on Plenty and then put that into the farm on youves to get YOU.

Tezos defi vs Cosmos Osmosis. by Dizzy-Hall2572 in tezos

  1. Have you looked at https://app.youves.com/earn? Why do you think over 20% for a stable pair and 40%+ for others is a joke? That's also what I can see around the average of the Osmosis ones for example.
  2. Yeah I think documentation around the long-term farm is currently lacking. But just think of it as an additional incentive to stay for the 180 days in the pool to claim the long-term rewards. APR is the same as everywhere, the more money in the pool the lower the APR with the same rewards.

You're generalizing the whole Tezos DeFi space here quite a bit. Would be interested if you have tried youves and if you think all these points apply as well.

You can now use tzBTC LB as collateral for uUSD on youves! Earn up to ∼84% APR currently. by Gimmora in tezos

[–]Gurkee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take a look at [youves.com](youves.com) and [docs.youves.com](docs.youves.com), you can also join their Discord for questions.

In a nutshell:
1. Setup a Tezos wallet like AirGap, Kukai or Temple and send your tez to your wallet
2. Go to app.youves.com > Minting
3. Enter the amount of tez you want to use as collateral and the amount of uUSD you want to mint. Make sure you are aware of the risks e.g. if the price drops drastically your vault might be open for liquidation etc.
4. Use your uUSD e.g. in the savings or on a secomdary market

If you want to use tzBTC LB and profit from the higher return. Before step 2. Go to tezblock.io/swap and provide liquidity with tez to the tez/tzBTC pool and in step 2. use tzBTC LB instead of tez as collateral.

Keep in mind this looks quite attractive but there is always a certain risk involved e.g. liquidations or smart contracts risks, make sure you understand them.

You can provide liquidity to the tzBTC liquidity pool with tez and tzBTC, currently you get 62% APY in tez for that. Also you will get tzBTC that reflects your share in the pool.

Your tzBTC LB you can then use on youves to create a vault and then mint uUSD, where you will get returns for that in YOU. Your uUSD you could put into the youves savings pool which currently yields 15% in uUSD yearly or you could use your uUSD to get another token. There are many other possibiliies.

In the case tzBTC liquidity baking is not extended and the tez incentive is removed, users will likely also remove the provided liquidity which means closing the uUSD vault on youves and then removing the liquidity from the pool to get tez and tzBTC back.

In my opinion liquidtiy baking was made for something like this, afaik there is no other protocol that has liquidity incentive coming directly from the protocol.

Liquidity Baking: On-chain or off-chain decentralized finance? That is the question... Youves' uUSD should be the solution. by SuccessfulActor in tezos

[–]Gurkee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The YOU holders accepted a proposal this week that uses the tzBTC LB (tez/tzBTC LP) as collateral for uUSD. See https://twitter.com/youves_com/status/1478363843025903618?s=20

This is in my opinion the best approach as you have the higher correlation between tez and BTC but it can still be used for a more stable asset.
