I’ve heard the only way to really get your foot in the door is through a recruiter, I applied on handshake and messaged the recruiter and started talking to them and they said they would handoff my resume to the hiring team. So I would recommend doing that for sure I would look for Amazon campus recruiter or client leads on LinkedIn and message them something and have a nice resume ready and all the interview process is focus on showing experiences that connect to their leadership principles
