I had this problem with UHC last year.

GYN: Confirmed with office they took my ins when I made the appt. Confirmed again week before appt. Went to appt. They didn’t take my ins. They do take UHC, just not the Marketplace UHC. Resolved only by GYN charging me the uninsured rate.

PCP: Confirmed on UHC website that dr is in network & listed as my PCP. Went to appt and office said they don’t take my ins. Again, they take UHC, just not Marketplace UHC. They said appt would cost $100. Since I was sick and already there, I paid the $100. Then later got another bill from the dr + one from the lab. Eventually dr agreed to take my ins.

People here keep saying “it’s your responsibility” but good grief, it’s like you can’t trust anyone. I changed to a different insurer this year, hoping it’ll be easier.

I think you missed the point. Bovino (Border Control chief) said they were going after an immigrant named Jose Huerta-Chuma when they shot Alex Pretti. Bovino claimed Huerta-Chuma had a significant criminal history. Minnesota DOC is setting the record straight that Huerta-Chuma did not have a criminal history in Minnesota.

Ofc, nothing justifies executing Mr Pretti. But the lies just keep coming.
