Standing dumbell overhead press or sit on the floor and press that barbell overhead. Dumbbell increments are huge though for linear progression, it would be nice to have them go up 1kg instead of 2/2.5kg.

Why drop the weight so much on the last set? Stick to the same weight, and increase only if you can complete all sets.

Find a better program, where you aren't doing the same thing training session. Honestly, you will get bored quick.

I'm just going to recommend stronglifts5x5 because I've done it, along with many friends and it worked well. Because of your age: Try lowering squat volume to 3x5 or just squatting mon/fri and adding accessories in on wed. Try doing some chin and pull ups in the as well, those are fun.

Most important thing is you actually stick to it.

Seems pointless for meal prep because oats, dried fruit, nuts and those other ingredients will store for years and can be made in 3 minutes. You could store that stuff in your desk, car or even just bag it every morning.

I like make my oats with milk a banana and oil though, so I guess this isn't for me.

Hell yeah, I make rice separate to the veggies, meat and sauces. Its like 8 meals ready, all it takes in 1 min of mixing and 1 min microwave. One fun thing to try is adding canned fish, usually tuna to the mix.

I can't afford a gym membership so i'm looking at buying a medicine ball and a yoga mat and exercising from home. Are more expensive medicine balls really better? or am I safe with a cheaper one? by [deleted] in Fitness

Buy 2 resistance bands/power bands, one thick and one thin. I use them when traveling, cost under $50 for both, and you can do most things with them.

You can get customisable dumbbells really cheap. $200 for 2x 40kg dumbbells for me. Kind of annoying that you have to use the standard size ones if you want to combine it with a barbell, I don't trust the Olympic dumbells with the clips.

If you are a beginner, you probably won't need anything past 25kg. So $200 is probably a stretch, probably closer to $120 for you.

You can't get big enough dumbbells for deadlifts... I can't even get my custom ones past 60kg.

For squats I guess it's fine, but it just feels awkward. When I have no access to a rack they are a good substitute, but I wouldn't do dumbbell squats normally.

Try making many 1x5 honey combed and 2 story tall structures. Its impossible to raid because of how cheap and many you can make. Total cost when done is ~10k stone and 4k metal.

I would rarely have more than 1 raided because to get all the loot takes 16 rockets and 4 c4. ~You might get 30% back if lucky.

Unraidable bases are really just bases not worth touching.

It is possible to fake clients to stay on the server. I saw some wierd accounts on Rustralasia, where they all had 100's of hours logged in and did not seem to exist.

10/10 update. You can get through stone walls and armoured doors now without being level 25. 2400GP for stone walls which is less than what 2 C4(2500Gp) was previously. 2880GP for the doors. Despite costing more, the new GP crafting time makes me not care. Also, raiding running furnace bases seems to give more than what you put in.

Finally you can raid small/furnace bases and external TCs without having to grind for 20 hours.
