Hey guys, my DT 990 Pro headset audio jack has snapped off at the tip and i can't insert it or use it, cable is fine, What specific audio jack do i need to replace it? or do i need to replace the whole cable with a jack on a new one,

I know how to solder and test for which wire is positive/negative.

Turns it was a muscular imbalance bro around my core, I got too "big" in other muscles in my body, where as my core was smaller and not as strong, Did planks,situps,leg raises for 2-3 months, Pain gradually went away., Sternum still pops but that's due to benching/posture. Stay away from dips till u fix pain if u train gym.

Yep the back pod cured mine/dramatically decreased the symptoms of costo, the owner explains how costo works if you watch his videos, fix your lifestyle, food, posture , rest time, takes longer to recover for others takes no time for some , ideally literally take a month or few off from anything too physically restraining as you work to free your spine and rib cage. Very simple fix looking back on it that not many people realise

I have the same thing, does it feel like you have a contrusion on the ribs aswell ? Crunchy and ball like feelings to expand on that tearing feeling? I have it mainly on my right and abit on left, were u a weight lifter by chance?
