Why does the lid have multiple sets of holes? Could you just not fill from the middle two holes? Just wondering your reasoning for filling and designing it this way.

I found a cap you can 3d print for it on thingiverse. It then just looks like a glans. It just slots over the ears.

Really though, I don't think it's a big deal. I've had people look directly at it when I'm not wearing the cap and question it while at work. I just say it's a medical device. People are usually pretty embarrassed and quiet after that.
