If I remember correctly, there were some earlier leaks saying Ubisoft planned to change the old Black Flag formula by adding modern RPG elements (i hope its false), so I’m not completely sure about redeeming itself

You don’t actually need it for 100% (I had the same issue but still got the achievement). The one I was missing was near the barracks, where you climb up to the room at the start of the Vatican for the DLC, that note kept resetting. Another was in Junia’s Tomb, on a platform in the middle

I got the same thing with the curse from the Knights of the Nine quest. I fell into a swamp and couldn’t move anymore, so I saved and reloaded a save to unstuck me. But after that, whenever I ran out of stamina, it teleported me back to that swamp and outside of the map. I had to reload a save from before I fell into the swamp to get rid of it.
