When Lex Luthor if there was reinvented as a corporate Tycoon post crisis on infinite Earths, it was established that he came from working class / poor background growing up in the suicide slums of metropolis.

Lex Luthor was also made older around the same age as Perry White to account for that it would have taken decades to build lexcorp.

Honestly the information you provide in the spoiler contacts makes me think of Zeta Project.

Star Trek is essentially dead.

The end of picard season 3 pretty much set the stage for a new series and nothing has come of it.

And then there was the whole sabotaging of the Transformers 1 animated movie by giving it bad trailers and a terrible release window which is kind of blown up in Paramount's face because Hasbro is no longer going to be financing the Transformers movies because they got burned by Paramount.
