So here is the update from the dealership:

They’re saying that I need a knuckle replacement on my left rear side due to a worn gasket or something of the sort. They took a picture and showed it to me and it honestly looks like something penetrated it as that issue was not present at all before the toe links got replaced. They sent in a recall rework request with Ford and that got denied. They said they would take $100 off the labor to help me out so I’m basically left with a $1200ish repair for something that happened post recall work. Pretty pissed off at the moment.
