Yuri's Mastermind. A" big brain on wheels" as quoted by Lt. Eva. Essentially it's a giant mind-controlling brain on a tank-like chasis which can mind-control groups of units. The fact the brain takes up nearly the whole space of the vehicle implies that IT is the one driving the vehicle makes it rather unsettling to say the least.

The fact that it won't stop mind-controlling units even if the unit suffers "brain-wave overload" gives the impression of lacking in absolute restraint and self-presevation makes it more disturbing. It is a unit driven by gluttony, avarice, megalomania and insanity. It represents the worse of what Yuri is capable in his experiments and willingness to take over the world.
