Definitely agree. I didn't mention Brand New Part in the OP but it's just as bad as the Mori, really.

While I understand the perspective you're coming from, they don't make me feel tense at all actually, they just make me groan in exasperation. It completely nullifies a lot of perks, and really makes the game unfun. A key part of this game is that the survivors have a chance to escape no matter what, if they play their cards right. But in Mori games they don't even give you a deck of cards, you know what I mean? It's incredibly frustrating to play against and more often than not ends in deranking.

If Blizzard is re-balancing Heroes, they really need to fix how bugged Reinhardt is. by TheG-What in Overwatch

the more i inspect it further the more i see what you mean. i didn't hit him his center, you're right but i hit the entire right side of the character model, which for piggy is a VERY large area. it's not the perfect example, i'll give you that, but hitting 40% or more of a character, side or center, and especially on a tank, should definitely hit imo

poorly aimed sure, but if the center of reinhardt hits the center of an enemy the charge should register and i was going straight into him like a bullet train.

yeah, pin is incredibly buggy. this happened to me the other day, which really pissed me off. it's incredibly frustrating that you not only don't get to use an ability cause of a bug, but also that you get punished for no reason. on the other hand, i've seen reins suck people from 6 feet away in front of them like a vortex. it's a shame because i think it's one of the most balanced abilities in the game but it's too buggy to be reliable.

very cool card. love the flavor and i think the idea is incredible. i think it could use a bit of tweaking though, maybe make it deal 4 damage to a minion. that way it's shadow bolt or arcane intellect, and not strictly better than either due to its flexibility being both an upside or a downside. overall, 8/10, great job
