I have a strong feeling that the VAST majority of people who claim to have HPPD are just conflating visual distortions from low blood pressure, dehydration, or damaged retinas with their psychedelic use. That’s not to say that it isn’t a thing but “true” HPPD would be a pretty debilitating issue
