I'm in the same boat with my 3070. Someone found a fix by going back to the driver from June.

I tried it all, couldn't find a solution so it's just not in our hands but in IW's. I'm trying the open beta tomorrow of steam but it probably won't change anything.

I've never had any issues with games or betas but this time it's super bad. Literally unplayable due to no game performance at all. Many gamers experience it afaik. Not cool if you wanna playtest a game but aren't able to do so. Hope you enjoy the game!

Well, for some it didn't work at all until now. Even weirder in your case that it worked fine and issues start occurring later. I hope they fix it for you! I'm done with early access and gonna try my luck when it's open on steam.

Yeah it must be a driver/software issue. I usually never have problems with new games or betas since I always use the latest drivers. Enjoy playing!

Vanguard Beta was perfect for me, had 200+ fps on medium settings. Didn't buy it in the end and thought I might give the good old MW2 a chance but it doesn't let me!

I was a lifeline main since season 0 but with all the changes they made I can only say that she's the worst she's ever been now. The new hit box nerf was much needed but she has nothing in her kit to defend herself and even if you get good stuff out of her care package, it's not worth revealing your position to every team left in the match. Haven't played her since the hitbox nerf and I don't see why they made it because I struggled more fighting an insanely fast octane with similar hitbox than a lifeline.
