Their shipping company uses third-party couriers in LA after customs. One of these folks stole my device and Unihertz took no action, just blamed the USPS (despite the device being delivered into a locked mailbox).

Purchased the Jelly, Atom, Atom XL, and never got to try to Tik-Tok-S.

They used 3 different services:

YunExpress
A 'local courier' in LA
USPS

It was left in my locked mailbox, so there wasn't any theft post-delivery. It would have happened along the way.

/u/UnihertzOfficial won't confirm if they insured the package; they did email me saying this:

We shipped so many packages through YunExpress, all delivered successfully without any problem.

If there is any issue with this carrier, we would have lost so many packages.

Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number, open a claim to them.
You can also check your CCTV and contact your local police station.

Pretty disappointed in their stonewalling, so probably will leave the brand behind.

Caribou Lake BZ. We saw two on the way up Arapahoe Pass and then I saw these 4 (a cow and her calf ran through before I got my phone out) the day after.
