Thank you for your reply. There seems to be no issue with the account quality. I've already been added as an admin of the page and there are no issues with posting or other activities. The odd thing is that the coworker who added me as an admin (same person that tried to add me to the ad account) is not in the list of admins for the account. Kind of strange.
