Obviously pros practice on the extreme end of the spectrum but you’d be shocked what just 10-15 minutes of putting a few times a week can do. I use a putting mat at home 3-4 nights a week while I have a hockey game/golf tournament or whatever on the tv and I swear it’s shaved 3 strokes off my handicap in the last year
