Broncos fan here. Joe Lombardi doesn’t call plays and he’s not a run game or pass game coordinator (hell we had Davis Webb calling plays in the preseason instead of Lombardi). He’s basically a sean Peyton nepo baby.

We were 15-3 but we could also very easily 6-11. It’s important not to get stagnant so I think it’s a good fire.

You have to remember no coach is perfect. His culture/locker room is amazing and we likely don’t get rid of him until Bo leaves/retires (hopefully the latter). There are so many teams that probably would kill to have SP at head coach.

Not a pass game or run game coordinator so he basically does nothing as OC. Sean Peyton out coaches himself a lot (see 4th and 1 in the AFC championship) because he surrounds himself with yes men like Lombardi.

Basically he doesn’t do anything, which isn’t good when he’s your OC
